An Original Vintage Unfolded East German Stage Play Poster (measures 22 1/2" x 32" [57 x 81 cm]) (Learn More)

Montezuma, the 1982 East German stage play production (written by Carl Heinrich Graun, with music by Frederick the Great) which was held at the Schlosstheater im Neuen Palais in Potsdam, Germany. Note that construction of the New Palace was begun in 1763, after the end of the Seven Years' War, by order of Frederick the Great, and this poster features an image of an unboxed bronze statue of Frederick on a horse (designed in 1839 by Christian Daniel Rauch and unveiled in 1851).
