Important Added Info: Note that it is extremely likely that this is a "key book" still, and it is virtually a certainty that the punch holes were put there by the studio at the time the still was created, so they are not a defect. Condition: very good. The key book still was roughly removed from the binder it was kept in and there is paper loss in the border beneath the punch holes.
