An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Face in the Sky, the 1933 Harry Lachman New England kidnapping crime romantic comedy (from the story by Myles Connolly; about two men who travel the country painting billboards, and they stop at a small town and one of them is smitten by a farmer's daughter, and paints her face on the next billboard he paints, and then she has a fight with her boyfriend and stows away in their wagon, and the farmer comes after them and has them arrested for kidnapping!) starring Spencer Tracy, Marian Nixon, Stuart Erwin, Sam Hardy, and Sarah Padden NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned three lobby cards from this movie (and only one in the last 20 years), until we were consigned this scene card and a title card, which we are currently auctioning in a separate auction! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good to very good. There is surface paper loss on the back of each corner, where the card was once glued to something. There is light water staining in the right half of the bottom blank border and a much lesser amount in the center of the right blank border. Other than the above defects, which only affect blank white paper, the card is in nice condition.
