He is best remembered for his starring role in TV's "The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis". His older brother, Darryl Hickman, was in many movies as a juvenile actor. As of 2021, he is still alive at the age of 87, and his brother Darryl is still alive at the age of 89! Important Added Info: Note that this REPRODUCTION still has been personally autographed (signed) by Dwayne Hickman! Our consignor was one of the founders of the Memphis Film Festival and he obtained the signature in person from the stars. He was good friends with many of the old cowboys stars, in particular Eddy Dean and Lash Larue, who helped him in meeting many of the other stars, and he also obtained signatures from some non-western stars as well.
