An Original Vintage Folded World War II Poster (measures 10 3/4" x 15 1/2" [27 x 39 cm]) (Learn More)

All Rents, the 1942 U.S. World War II (WWII) Home Front poster ("For living quarters in: Mahoning and Trumbull counties are under federal control"; "Unless the building was newly built or substantially altered since April 1, 1941, the general rule tenants should follow is: Do not pay more than the rent of April 1, 1941") outlining the general rule that tenants should follow in Youngstown, OH. Note that modern rent controls were first adopted in response to WWII-era shortages.

Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: very good. The poster was folded once horizontally at center. It has some minor dot staining in portions of the left blank border but overall it is in pretty nice condition.
