A 1951 Realart Re-Release Theatrical Movie Lobby Card #6 (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) The Mummy, the classic 1932 Karl Freund Universal Ancient Egypt romantic monster horror thriller ("It comes to life!"; "The most amazing make-up ever achieved"; "Story by Nina Wilcox Putnam and Richard Schayer") starring Boris Karloff ("The Uncanny"; in the title role as Imhotep the Mummy), Zita Johann, David Manners, Edward Van Sloan, Arthur Byron, Bramwell Fletcher, and Noble Johnson (as The Nubian) NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good to very good. There are small yellow paint stains in the left blank border, with a small amount of that same yellow paint in the middle left of the image, in the lower part of the shirt. There are faint yellow stains in the top blank border (likely the outline where tape once was or was touching the card). There is a pinhole in each corner. Otherwise, it is in nice condition. I certainly would think many collectors would choose to display this card as it is (since the defects are almost completely in the blank borders), or certainly, one could choose to have restoration performed. Either way, the new owner will have a wonderful card to display on their wall! Learn More about condition grades
