An Original 1947 Vintage Theatrical Movie Pressbook (pb; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]; 8 pages) (Learn More) Love Story (released in the U.S. in 1947 as "A Lady Surrenders"), the 1944 Leslie Arliss English World War II (WWII) doomed romance romantic melodrama ("They had but a few weeks - to live a lifetime of love!"; about a concert pianist who discovers she has a serious heart condition and is likely to die soon, and she goes on holiday, and meets a pilot who may go blind very soon due to an injury he suffered, and naturally, they fall in love, and want to enjoy the little time they have, and he can get an operation that might fix his vision, but he must do it quickly) starring Margaret Lockwood, Stewart Granger, Tom Walls, Patricia Roc, and Reginald Purdell.
