An Autographed 1 1/2" x 4" Cut Album Page (Learn More) Gracie Allen was part of the "Burns and Allen" comedy team (with George Burns) from the 1920s to the 1960s. Among her best loved comedies are Six of a Kind, The Antique Shop, and International House. She also co-starred with her husband in the classic Burns and Allen TV series. She passed away in 1964 at the age of 69. Important Added Info: This cut album page has been personally autographed (signed) by Gracie Allen. It could be matted with a vintage or repro still and framed together to make a cool display! Note that this item has been trimmed and it now measures 1 1/2" x 4" [4 x 10 cm]. This autograph (and others from this same collection we are offering in separate auctions) comes from the estate of Dorothy Credille, who was a Hollywood publicist in the 1930s to the 1950s. During the course of her work, she became personal friends and an acquaintance of all the top Hollywood stars, and she collected many autographs in an autograph book (as well as some signed 8x10s and 11x14s). Someone took the autograph book and cut out the individual autographs, and this is one of those autographs from that book. We feel certain that it is authentic. Condition: very good.
