An Original Vintage 6" x 8" [15 x 20 cm] News Photo (Learn More) Alice Faye was the leading 20th Century Fox actress from the 1930s to the 1940s and continued to work to the 1970s. She worked exclusively for 20th Century-Fox, and she was "like Jean Harlow, except she sang, too"! Some of her movies include: Alexander's Ragtime Band, Fallen Angel, In Old Chicago, The Gang's All Here, and Stowaway. She was married to bandleader Phil Harris for 54 years AND Tony Martin was a singer and actor of the 1930s through 1950s. He has been married to screen actress Cyd Charisse for over 50 years, and amazingly, it was a second marriage for both! Some of his most memorable movies include Follow the Fleet, Clash by Night, Till the Clouds Roll By, Ziegfeld Girl, and Poor Little Rich Girl Important Added Info: Note that this news photo measures 6" x 8" [15 x 20 cm]. Condition: fair to good. The news photo was used in a newspaper and there are orange crop marks around Martin's head and gray paint around his head and parts of his suit, with a lesser amount around Faye's figure (this was done so the picture would reproduce better in the newspaper article; see our images). The photo is also slightly rippled, caused by the snipe and newspaper clippings glued to the back. Learn More about condition grades
