Cline (billed as Eddie Cline) silent juvenile young-boy-runs-away-to-join-the-circus comedy ("Jackie Coogan and a circus all in one wonderful picture"; "Adapted from James Otis' celebrated story 'Toby Tyler Ten Weeks with a Circus'"; "Presented by Sol Lesser") starring Jackie Coogan (as Toby Tyler), Barbara Tennant, Russell Simpson, Claire McDowell, Cesare Gravina (as Luigi, the clown), and Nellie Lane (as the "Fat Woman"). Note that this movie was remade by Walt Disney in 1960 as "Toby Tyler or Ten Weeks with a Circus", starring Kevin Corcoran.
