The Lottery Man, the 1919 James Cruze silent romantic love triangle comedy (handsome Wallace Reid borrows $500 from his newspaper owner friend and then loses it in the Stock Market, so he has the owner run a lottery in his paper, selling tickets, and the winner gets to marry Wallace Reid!; but meanwhile, he has fallen in love with the owner's cousin, but he will be forced to marry the winner of the lottery, or will he?) starring Wallace Reid, Harrison Ford (not the same Harrison Ford that we know as an actor today, but a very popular leading man of the 1920s), Wanda Hawley, Fanny Midgley, Sylvia Ashton, Caroline Rankin, and Wilton Taylor. Note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist.
