An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More)

Bride of the Monster, the 1956 Ed Wood (billed as "Edward D. Wood, Jr.") monster horror thriller ("It'll make your skin crawl!"; "The Screen's Master of the weird in his newest and most daring shocker!") starring Bela Lugosi ("More horrifying than 'Dracula' - 'Frankenstein'"), Tor Johnson, Tony McCoy, Loretta King, and Harvey Dunn. Note that Ed Wood's "Plan 9 from Outer Space" is better known than this movie, but many people think this movie is even better (worse?) than that "classic"!

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that the last time we auctioned an example of this one-sheet, it sold for $1,777!

Condition: fair. The poster is in much lesser condition. It has rippling and crease scattered throughout (see our image). There are two oily stains at lower center and lower right and those have damage the paper there and have caused some transfer in the corresponding areas of the upper quarter. There is much crossfold separation with some paper loss, and there is other minor fold separation. It has creases, defects, areas of paper loss and tears of varying lengths along parts of some edges. Obviously a top restorer can repair the defects described above, and after, the poster can display well, but please bear in mind the poster's many defects and the cost of restoration before placing a bid.
