An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Footlights and Fools, the 1929 Katherine Brush gambling romantic love triangle stage acting musical melodrama (about an actress in stage musicals who has two boyfriends; one who gambles his money away, and the other the rich playboy who sets a trap for the gambling boyfriend to try to win the girl, but everything works out in the end) starring Colleen Moore, Raymand Hackett, Frederic March, Andy Rice Jr., Larry Banthim, and Mickey Bennett. Note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this lobby card has been personally autographed (signed) by Colleen Moore! Note that first release 1929 movie paper from this movie is incredibly rare. We have only auctioned two window cards (and no lobby cards) from this movie until we received this lobby card! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Our consignor is a very longtime collector of movie paper who purchased this item years ago, and it was signed, but he doesn't know how the signature was obtained, and he (and we) believe it is likely that the autograph is authentic. As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction. On non-signed items, we give a "lifetime guarantee" on everything we auction, but on signed items, we give the above modified guarantee of 30 days after the auction closes. Condition: good to very good. There is a stain in the top right corner and a 1" tear near it, with a tear in the bottom border and a pinhole in each corner.
