Terror seizes city!"; "All New Thrills! Shock! Suspense!"; "Monster Escapes!"; "City flees in Terror!"; "Here at last! New thrill wonder 3-D Horrorscope!") starring John Agar, Lori Nelson, John Bromfield, Nester Paiva, Ricou Browning (who played the Gill Man underwater), Tom Hennesy (who played the Gill Man on land), Clint Eastwood (in his big screen [speaking] debut in a bit part as a lab assistant), Brett Halsey, and Flippy the Porpoise. Note that this movie was released in 3-D, but most first release U.S. posters don't bother to mention that (perhaps because the 3-D craze was dying down). NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Reynold Brown Condition: good. There is a Canadian censor stamp in the lower center of the image. There is paper loss in the top left and bottom right corners, but solely blank white paper is missing. There are two yellowed tape stains in the center of the top blank border, and the one on the left extends into the background above the word "IN". There are four tears to the left and right of those stains, and they were repaired with clear tape from the reverse. THE CARD IS IN BETTER CONDITION THAN THE ABOVE MAKES IT SOUND! Its defects are primarily in the blank borders, with the exception of the censor stamp, which a talented restorer can either remove or carefully paint over.
