Date Sold 10/26/2021 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. 7 Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Stills (Learn More) Love of Sunya, the 1927 Albert Parker silent reincarnation romantic fantasy melodrama (about an evil priest in ancient Egypt who kills a young woman, and he is reincarnated in the present, and to atone, he must find the reincarnation of the young woman, and he poses as a gypsy and shows her three different scenarios of how her life could turn out, trying to influence her into taking the one that will lead to happiness and allow him to die in peace) starring Gloria Swanson (in the title role as Sunya), John Boles (his first leading role, in his fourth movie!), Pauline Garon, Ian Keith, and Andres de Segurola. Note that this is a loose remake of the 1919 movie "Eyes of Youth" starring Clara Kimball Young. Also note that poster material from this movie is incredibly rare. We have auctioned a window card and a Danish program. The window card only credits Gloria Swanson, and the Danish program credits actors in a very different order from what is listed above, and John Boles is sixth rather than second, but we suspect the Danish credits may be in order of appearance. We were unable to locate any first release U.S. material giving more credits than Swanson. If anyone has any or knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. We have only auctioned one single piece of U.S. movie paper from this movie (a window card and that was in 2011!) until we were consigned these stills! Condition: good to very good.
