Artist: Joseph Smith Important Added Info: Note that there are two different variations of this poster. One of them has the "3-D" at top left colored in yellow, and also all of the letters of the title. The other is exactly the same as that poster, but the yellow is missing from the letters (and perhaps from the entire poster). Otherwise, the posters are exactly the same, including the NSS information at bottom. My personal belief is that there were two different print runs of this poster, and that one print run did not use the yellow, for unknown reasons (perhaps the answer could be as simple as them running out of yellow ink!). Please be aware of these two variations, and only bid on this poster if you wish to own this variation. If anyone knows more about this odd printing situation, please e-mail us and we will post it here. What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good to fine. The poster had minor fold and border wear. There was a 1" tear in the "S" of "DIMENSION" at the top of the poster. Overall, the poster was in very good to fine condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well! Note that the restorer left a tiny bit of excess linen around all four sides of the poster (they left a small border in order to protect the poster from handling damage, but they did not leave a larger border, to allow it to more easily fit in a frame).
