Scott Lowell is an actor from the 1990s to the present. He is best known for his role as Ted Schmidt on TV's "Queer as Folk". Some of his movies include: Love Bites, To Live and Die in Dixie, and Be Good for Rachel. While Mr. Lowell is not homosexual, he has kept busy traveling around making speeches for a number of civil right organizations (including the Human Rights Campaign) and political campaigns as well as appearing as a presenter and host of a number of GLAAD Awards shows.
