Some of his movies include: Who Has Been Rocking My Dreamboat, Fireworks, Senators in Bondage, The Man We Want to Hang, and Airships. However, Anger is best known for authoring the landmark "Hollywood Babylon" books! He passed away in 2023 at the age of 96. Important Added Info: Note that this book page has been personally autographed (signed) by Kenneth Anger! Our consignor is a longtime collector who purchased this signed item from a reputable dealer. He does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we believe the signature to likely be authentic. Note that oddly, someone taped a newspaper review of a Fatty Arbuckle book, and it is still attached (and does not detract from it; see our images). The reason the article is taped there is because the front shows Kenneth Anger kneeling and putting flowers on the grave of Virginia Rappe, who was the girl at the center of the "wild party" court case that ended Fatty Arbuckle's career. As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction.
