An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Title Lobby Card (LC TC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) In Mizzoura, the 1919 Hugh Ford silent Missouri romantic love triangle cowboy western ("By Augustus Thomas"; about a cowboy sheriff who pays for a girl to get an eastern education, hoping she will come back to Missouri and marry him, but she becomes involved with a flashy no-good guy, but in the end, he reveals his true colors and the sheriff and the girl are united) starring Robert Warwick, Noah Beery Sr., Monte Blue, Hazel Brennon, Milla Davenport, and Gertrude Short. Note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that while we have previously auctioned several lobby cards from this movie, we have NEVER before auctioned this title card! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Note also that this is one of several silent lobby cards that we were consigned by a very long time collector. Almost all of the cards were in surprisingly nice condition, but not surprisingly, many of them had smudges or stains in the blank borders, with a few pinholes or small tears. The collector approached a restorer, and asked that all the cards have touch up performed on the fronts of the cards in the borders (as needed), but that none of them be backed in any way. You can tell that the cards have had some border restoration (some of it is more "felt" than seen), but they will display really well on the new owner's walls (or in albums).
