He passed away in 1986 at the age of 77. Important Added Info: This contract (dated October 29, 1947) is between Benny Goodman and Samuel Goldwyn changing some of the terms of Mr. Goodman's agreement to be in "A Song Is Born". It has been signed by Dana Andrews and by Marvin A. Ezzell (Vice President of Samuel Goldwyn). The contract has 2 single-sided pages. Condition: very good. Both pages are lightly tri-folded.
