An Original Vintage Theatrical Deluxe English 8 1/4" x 12" [21 x 30 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Jayne Mansfield was an actress from the 1950s to the 1960s. Some of her movies include: Will Success Spoil Rock Hunter?, The Girl Can't Help It, and A Guide for the Married Man. She never achieved the kind of mainstream success that Marilyn Monroe did, and she died tragically in an auto accident in 1967 at the age of 34. She was previously married to weightlifter Mickey Hargitay, and her daughter with Hargitay is Mariska Hargitay (the TV actress best known for her work on "Law and Order: SVU") Important Added Info: Note that this is one of three wonderful deluxe English stills of Jayne Mansfield, which were distributed by "Camera Press Ltd." to the media, that we are currently auctioning (in three separate auctions). Each has a stamp on the back from that company, and also a snipe, which gives a caption and a photographer's credit. Each has a wonderful sexy image of Jayne Mansfield! Our consignor purchased a number of these stills with different images many years ago, and we have been slowly auctioning them. The current three are the very last three from this wonderful find, so this is your last chance to get one of these unless we are reconsigned the ones we have previously auctioned! Also note that this still measures 8 1/4" x 12" [21 x 30 cm], but it has not been trimmed. Also note that this is a deluxe still printed on double weight paper stock. Condition: very good.
