Also included are many other promotional items (see below) (Learn More) Return of the Jedi (now known as "Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi"), the classic 1983 Richard Marquand outer space science fiction (sci-fi) action adventure epic sequel ("Return to a galaxy far, far away!"; "The Saga Continues"; "The movie everyone's been waiting for!"; written and produced by George Lucas) starring Mark Hamill (as Luke Skywalker), Harrison Ford (as Han Solo), Carrie Fisher (as Princess Leia), Billy Dee Williams (as Lando Calrissian), Anthony Daniels ("as C-3PO"), David Prowse (as the man in the Darth Vader suit), Kenny Baker (as R2-D2), Peter Mayhew (as Chewbacca), Frank Oz (as the voice of Yoda), James Earl Jones (as the voice of Darth Vader), and Alec Guinness (as Obi-Wan Kenobi) NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this script is the revised second draft from December 19, 1982 and the screenplay was written by Lawrence Kasdan & George Lucas. There are many blue and gold revision pages scattered throughout the script (there are more revision pages than there are original white pages!). It is contained in a 3-ring binder that holds all of the interior pages and the cover page is in a plastic pocket on the outside of the binder. Included with the script are a number of promotional items! They are a 4-page 11" x 15" brochure which folds out to 15" x 43 3/4" (we have photographed the entire brochure, opened up, both front and back). It also includes a 16-page 10 1/2" x 14" spiral-bound promo book that was created for the world premiere of what was then called "Revenge of the Jedi", and it has many full-color images on its interior pages and has a large fold-out showing three Ralph McQuarrie paintings. There are also five of the fan club news letters that measure 8 1/2" x 11" and have 4 pages each. There are two small patches that measure 2 1/2" x 4 1/2" and one sticker that measures 2 1/4" x 3 1/2". The script itself has 104 8 1/2" x 11" pages, and is in the 3-ring binder described above. We have added many images of the above items! We previously auctioned this very script in 2013, and it sold for $775, ten years ago, and the person who purchased it ten years ago has reconsigned it to us now! Condition: very good to fine. The pages of the script and the cover are all in nice condition. The binder has some smudges and scuffs on the plastic on the cover and inside covers, but they do not affect the actual script. The promo brochure for the world premiere has many stains on the covers, but the insides are in nice condition. The 4-page promo brochure has creases and scuffs around the edges.
