American Airlines: Washington, the circa 1950 airline aviation airplane travel poster ("To Washington night and day") used to encourage people to fly American Airlines to Washington D.C., and featuring Edward McKnight Kauffer art of the United States Capitol Building

Artist: Edward McKnight Kauffer

Condition: fair to good. The poster has substantial creases, defects, areas of paper loss and tears of varying lengths along parts of some edges and there are two very large tears at bottom (partially repaired with tape from the back). Please see our super-sized image to get a good sense of the condition of this item prior to placing a bid and please do not bid unless you can accept the defects described above, or you are willing to pay to have them properly restored.
