An Original Vintage Theatrical Color 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Bought, the 1931 Archie Mayo pre-Code family relationship father/daughter romantic love triangle melodrama ("Based on the novel 'Jackdaw's Strut' by Harriet Henry"; a wild contrived story of a girl whose father apparently died and left her mother and her poor, and she dreams of a much better life, and she gets a modeling job, and is befriended by an executive there, and she has romantic entanglements with two different men, and after many complications, she discovers that the executive is actually her long lost father, and she picks one of the two men to marry) starring Constance Bennett, Ben Lyon, Richard Bennett, Dorothy Peterson, and Ray Milland NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that someone "colorized" a small portion of this still by adding red to her lips and blonde streaks to her hair. We don't know if it was done by the theater that showed the movie or by someone later, but it makes for an interesting effect. Condition: good.
