Important Added Info: Note that this card has a wonderful full-color image of Kong on the Empire State Building with a mangled plane in one hand and other planes buzzing around him! Note that we are currently auctioning the complete set of eight cards from the 1956 re-release of this classic movie (all with full-color images and great different border art!). They are in eight separate auctions! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good to very good. There are a few tiny pinholes around the edges and some stains and faint smudges around the edges and in parts of the letters of the title, with a stain in the left of the bottom border. While the card can be displayed and enjoyed as it is, it is also very true that these sorts of stains and smudges respond really well to expert restoration. Most or all of them can likely be removed through chemical means (with or without backing the card)! Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back! Learn More about condition grades
