Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" Movie Still (Learn More) Edgar Allan Poe's The Raven, the classic 1935 Lew Landers (billed as "Louis Friedlander") Universal plastic surgery horror thriller ("An adaption of Edgar Allen Poe's The Raven"; VERY loosely based on the famous poem by Edgar Allan Poe; about a crazy plastic surgeon who saves a girl's life, but is rejected by her so he mutilates the face of a criminal to have him kidnap the girl after which he promises to restore the criminal's face!) starring Boris Karloff ("The uncanny master of make-up in a new amazing shocker"), Bela Lugosi (billed as "Bela 'Dracula' Lugosi"), Irene Ware, Lester Matthews, Inez Courtney, Samuel S. Hinds, Ian Wolfe, Spencer Charters, Maidel Turner, and Arthur Hoyt NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that the still has a stamp on the back that says, "From the Borst Collection", and a penciled price of "125-". I don't know when that price was put on, but I believe it was many years ago! ALSO NOTE: In this case, the #2 in the title of the sale is not the number of the still. Because we are selling more than one still from this movie this week as separate eBay sales, we needed to differentiate the different sales, and we did so by marking them "#1, #2, #3, etc..". Condition: very good to fine. There are a few very tiny creases in the left and right blank borders. There are a few faint creases throughout the still, but very few of them, and they are not at all noticeable except when the still is turned to the light. From straight on, the still looks great!
