The company was founded by S. S. Miller, Francis Seiberling, J. K. Williams, C. W. MacLaughlin, R. M. Pilmore, and F. J. Mishler. While they used to manufacture tires, in modern times the company provides retail and commercial products associated with tire repair and servicing. Important Added Info: Note that this 1930 book was provided to schools to explain how rubber from "the rubber country of the strange east" was processed into tires by the Mohawk Rubber Company. The book features 3D photographs of the tire-making process which could be viewed with the included "Mohawk Chief" 3D glasses.
