Hayes Hunter English revenge monster horror thriller (based on the play by Leonard Hines & Frank King; about a famous Egyptologist who is near death, and he has a wonderful jewel called The Eternal Light which he believes will grant him eternal life and he demands to be buried with it, however his assistant steals it from his tomb, and Karloff "returns from the dead" to exact his vengeance, although the movie does not explain what made that possible, or why he now is disfigured and has superhuman strength!) starring Boris Karloff (in the title role as Professor Morlant), Cedric Hardwicke, Ernest Thesiger, Anthony Bushell, and Dorothy Hyson NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
