Bluebeard's Eighth Wife, the 1923 Sam Wood silent romantic multiple marriage melodrama ("Screen Version by Sada Cowan"; "From Charlton Andrews' Adaptation of Alfred Savoir's Play"; about an American millionaire who has been married seven times, and, while traveling to Paris, he meets a beautiful aristocratic but poor beauty, and he marries her on the spur of the moment, but when she finds out about all his previous wives, she tries to drive him away because she thinks he will leave anyway, but when he finally does give up hope, she realizes he DID love her and tries to keep him!) starring Gloria Swanson (in the title role as Mona deBriac), Huntley Gordon, Charles Greene, Lianne Salvor, and Paul Weigel. Note that this movie was loosely remade in 1938 by Ernst Lubitsch with Gary Cooper and Claudette Colbert in the lead roles! Note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist.

Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned one example of this lobby card, and that was in a complete set 33 years ago! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has.

Condition: good to very good. There are light stains and several tears in the left and right of the card, with tape on the back of some tears.
