An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) Cow Town, the 1950 John English singing cowboy country western musical ("Gene's in the middle of a deadly range war!"; "Gene and Champion foil rustlers with barbed wire!"; "Written by Gerald Geraghty") starring Gene Autry ("World's Greatest Cowboy"), Champion ("World's Wonder Horse"), Gail Davis, Harry Shannon, Jock Mahoney (best remembered from playing Tarzan in several movies, and for his starring roles in two TV series, The Range Rider and Yancy Derringer; he was born Jacques O'Mahoney, and was of French and Irish heritage!), and Clark 'Buddy' Burroughs NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: fair to good. Someone wrote play dates in black crayon over the mountains at top right. It appears the crayon has lightened over time, but I highly doubt it could be erased without removing some of the background color. Otherwise, the poster is in pretty nice condition!
