An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures approximately 3" x 4") (Learn More) Kiss and Tell, the 1945 Richard Wallace family relationship mistaken identity romantic comedy ("The play Broadway roared at now a great Columbia picture!"; "Filmed from the great Broadway comedy!"; "Filmed from Broadway's great comedy stage sensation!"; "Filmed from the gay Broadway stage hit!"; "Filmed from the rib-wrecking stage hit!"; "with love and kisses from Shirley Temple"; about a 15 year-old girl who has an older brother who is secretly married, and when the teen goes to a doctor with the brother's wife and learns she is pregnant, the whole town thinks the 15 year-old is pregnant!) starring Shirley Temple ("as Corliss Archer"), Jerome Courtland, Walter Abel, Robert Benchley, Porter Hall, and Tom Tully. Note that this was based on an incredibly popular play that ran for 956 performances just before this movie was released! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline). Condition: very good. The theater that used this slide wrote the days the movie was playing in the play dates section at the bottom of the glass.
