UPDATED 06/15/2015: Note that a knowledgeable collector tells us that the artist for this poster is Gluyas Williams. Williams was a noted artist for magazines such as The New Yorker, Life, Collier's and more. While we cannot be certain (the poster is not signed), it certainly looks like Williams style. Condition: good to very good. There is a jagged 2" tear in the upper left corner. There are a few ink pad stamps on the back that slightly bleed through to the front, however the ink pad stamps and printing on the back are from the "U.S. Bureau of Mines" and "Office of Mineral Reports" and many collectors would likely think they are a pretty cool historical addition to the poster!
