An Original Vintage Campaign Book (measures 10" x 12 1/4" [25 x 31 cm]; 110 pages) (Learn More) Seven Arts was a production company founded in 1957 by Ray Stark, which made movies that were released by various studios. Sometime soon after, they created Seven Arts Associated Corp., a subsidiary of Seven Arts Productions, which made deals with the studios to release their recently made films on TV, and they made a series of hardcover books showing the movies they had available, and in the earlier volumes, they would have a full page with the title, credits, and a small scene from the movie, with a facing page with a full page close up from that movie, and in some later volumes, they had cast and credits on the left page, and a montage of scenes from that movie on the right page, and they also used a few other formats over the years! We have seen volumes from #4 to #14 of these hardcover books, which are from 1960 through the late 1960s. Note that in 1967, Seven Arts acquired controlling interest in Warner Bros. and then merged together as Warner Bros.-Seven Arts, and we imagine that affected the movies they offered to TV. Important Added Info: Note that this is volume 5 of this series from 1961, which features 53 movies, including Damn Yankees, Bombers B-52, A Face in the Crowd, Gigantis The Fire Monster, The Left Handed Gun, Pajama Game, and The Prince and the Showgirl. Note: We have 13 images of the campaign books in this set, but due to a space limitation, only TEN of the 13 images are displayed above. However, there is a "supersize" link to the right of those images that lets you see the other 3. Condition: good. The covers have much staining. The first two interior pages are blank, and they have staining at the spine, as do the last two interior blank pages. All the actual printed pages are in nice condition (see our images).
