Lewis, Linda Stirling (in the title role as The Black Whip!), Lucien Littlefield, Francis McDonald, Hal Taliaferro, John Merton, Tom Chatterton, John Hamilton, and Robert J. Wilke NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster had small paper loss at the crossfolds and tears and small areas of paper loss on parts of some folds and paper loss in a few places in the border. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. Someone mounted the poster and then did restoration to the defects in the top half of the vertical fold, but then stopped restoring, so the other defects remain unrestored (see our image).
