An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) Beauty at Work, the 1950 20th Century-Fox March of Time documentary short ("Here is the intimate personal story of a girl from the West who went to the big town to make a name for herself in modeling"). Note that the March of Time was a long running movie newsreel that was issued every four weeks, and was produced by the editor of "Time" and "Life". Note that the subject matter of this poster seems surprisingly lurid for the March of Time people, but we imagine the actual short was far more tame than the poster might lead you to believe! If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and some fine dots of surface paper loss and slight darkening in the bottom quarter of the vertical foldline. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well! Learn More about condition grades
