Some of her movies include: The Philadelphia Story (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), The Women, and the Uninvited. She passed away in 2005 at the age of 93. Important Added Info: Note that this fan photo has been personally autographed (signed) by Ruth Hussey! Sometimes one wonders if a fan photo was signed by the star or by someone working by them, but in the case of this one, there is no doubt, since she added a long inscription about her shaking hands with the man receiving the photo (see our image). Also note that this auction also includes the printed envelope this photo was originally mailed in. Our consignor is a longtime collector who purchased this signed item from a reputable dealer, and he does not have a certificate of authenticity.
