An Autographed 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Publicity Still (Learn More) Roy Orbison was an early legendary rock 'n' roll (rock and roll) singer (with a three octave range and one of the greatest falsettos ever!) who achieved major success with such songs as "Crying" and "Oh, Pretty Woman". In the 1980s, he performed with Bob Dylan, George Harrison, Jeff Lynne, and Tom Petty in the "Travelling Willburys", and he recorded a duet of "Crying" with K.D. Lang. He passed away in 1988 at the age of 52 from a heart attack. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Roy Orbison! Also note that many celebrities kept multiple 8" x 10" (or smaller) copies of good publicity images of themselves to sign for fans, and also many memorabilia shops sold such copy stills themselves. While they are not original theater-used stills, they are usually excellent clear copies, with a great shot of that celebrity in their heyday, which, when signed by the celebrity, makes for a wonderful framed picture on any fan's wall!
