Note that this movie was originally intended to be released in the U.S. with the title "Down Went McGinty", but at the last minute was changed to "The Great McGinty" (it was SO "last minute" that U.S. one-sheet posters were actually printed with "Down Went McGinty" on them, and giant snipes were glued over that area)! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this script is from April 28, 1939. Also note that the writers are not credited on this but that the movie credits Preston Sturges. Also note that the script has the working title "Down Went McGinty", but the movie ultimately was called "The Great McGinty". Condition: very good. There is paper loss in the bottom right corner of the cover page (only blank paper), and there are creases in the upper right of the cover only. The other pages are all in pretty nice condition!
