An Original Vintage Theatrical Deluxe 10 1/4" x 13 1/4" Movie Still (Learn More) Bardelys the Magnificent, the 1926 King Vidor silent historical swashbuckling romantic melodrama (based on the story by Rafael Sabatini) starring John Gilbert (in the title role as Marquis Christian de Bardelys), Eleanor Boardman, Roy D'Arcy, Lionel Belmore, Emily Fitzroy, George K. Arthur, Arthur Lubin (as King Louis XIII), John Wayne (only 19 years-old and in an extremely early uncredited role as a guard!), and Lou Costello (an unbilled extra in his first movie!) NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this is a deluxe still printed on double weight paper stock. There is a stamp on the back of the still that reads, "PLEASE CREDIT RUTH HARRIET LOUISE METRO-GOLDWYN-MAYER PHOTOGRAPHER", and also an embossed "RUTH HARRIET LOUISE" stamp in the bottom right of the still. Also note that there is a paper snipe glued on the back of the still that describes the scene on the front (it does not affect the front of the still). Condition: very good to fine.
