An Original Vintage 7" x 9" [18 x 23 cm] Television Still (Learn More)

Gunsmoke, the 1955 - 1975 long-running cowboy western television (TV) series starring James Arness (as Marshal Matt Dillon), Milburn Stone (as Doc), Amanda Blake (as Kitty), Ken Curtis (as Festus), Dennis Weaver (as Chester), and Buck Taylor (as Newly). Note that Dennis Weaver left the show in 1964, which was a sad day for the show!

Important Added Info: Note that this still is from the first showing of the 3/31/62 episode of "Gunsmoke". We know that for certain because it has the date printed on the snipe on the back. It is very hard to find stills from 1950s or 1960s TV episodes that are absolutely from the first release, and are surely not from a 1960s or 1970s re-broadcast. Also note that this TV still measures 7" x 9".
