She said 'Later!' ...but Mexico City said 'you'll marry Manana'!"; "She's his glamor girl... he's her guy!"; "Elope to Mexico City with Shirley, gay and grown-up... and Guy, ready for romance... in a very funny story of a marriage in the making!"; "Based on a Story by Vicki Baum"; "Screen play by Michael Kanin") starring Shirley Temple, Franchot Tone, Guy Madison, Lina Romay, Gene Lockhart, Corinna Mura, Grant Mitchell, and Julio Villarreal. Note that screenwriter Michael Kanin was the less famous older brother of Garson Kanin, but he had a pretty successful career screenwriting, often with his wife Fay, with movies such as "Woman of the Year" and "Teacher's Pet".
