An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed English 9 1/2" x 12 1/2" [24 x 32 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Jane Novak was an actress from the 1910s to the 1950s. Some of her movies include: Paid In Full, Isobel or The Trail's End (in the title role as Isobel), Desert Fury, and Behind The Door. She was the older sister of actress Eva Novak. She passed away in 1990 at the age of 94. Important Added Info: Note that this English still has been personally autographed (signed) by Jane Novak, and it was also hand signed by the photographer in the lower right corner (something that name photographers often did in those years)! Also note that this English still measures 9 1/2" x 12 1/2" [24 x 32 cm]. Note that this item was consigned to us by a man who was a major movie memorabilia dealer from the 1980s on. During that time, he would regularly purchase collections of movie memorabilia from both dealers and collectors, and in some of those collections he purchased autographed items, and over the years he did not re-sell any of the autographed items. Now he has gathered up together all of his autographed items and consigned them to us. So all of the items from this consignor we are auctioning were purchased by this dealer from longtime dealers and collectors, and we feel it is quite likely that the autograph on this item is authentic! Condition: good. The still was glued to a mat and it was removed, and there is a great deal of paper remnants on the back (enough was removed that you can see the photo credit and that it is English). There is discoloration around the edges of the still that only slightly enters any part of Miss Novak's image. Obviously, one could restore this cool still, or one could choose to leave it as it is, since it still displays pretty well (see our image). Learn More about condition grades
