An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed 8 1/4" x 10" [21 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Richard Egan was an actor from the 1950s to the 1970s. He was born in 1921, but he did not really get his start until the 1950s. This was because he served in World War II, and afterwards went to Stanford University as a theater history and drama major. He graduated in 1948 and acted in many plays in 1949, and only then began his movie career when he was nearing 30! Some of his movies include: A Summer Place, The Amsterdam Kill, The 300 Spartans, and Pollyanna. He passed away in 1987 at the age of 65. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Richard Egan! Note that our consignor purchased a collection of autographed stills that were collected by Leonard Sorgi, who was a unit manager for ABC for shows like The Soupy Sales Show, The Jerry Mahony Show, and many others. He was also Unit Manager for the Academy Awards for a number of years, and during his long and varied career, he met many celebrities and obtained autographs from them in person (often personalized to him). Our consignor (and we) feel certain that the autograph on this still is authentic! Also note that this still measures 8 1/4" x 10" [21 x 25 cm]. Condition: very good to fine.
