The poster had small paper loss at the top crossfold, with tiny paper loss at the other two crossfolds. It had some small tears and tiny paper loss in parts of the vertical fold and some creases above and below the top and bottom folds. It had paper loss in the man's face, in the bridge of his nose and between his eyes, but not in his eyes. It had some pinholes, tears, and paper loss around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
