Date Sold 2/23/2012 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. 6 Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Stills (Learn More) The Outlaw Josey Wales, the classic 1976 Clint Eastwood Civil War cowboy western ("...an army of one.") starring Clint Eastwood (in the title role as Josey Wales), Chief Dan George, Sondra Locke, Bill McKinney, John Vernon ("as Fletcher"), Sam Bottoms, and Will Sampson NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that these stills appear in every way to be original U.S. release EXCEPT that there is one very tiny line of French type in the lower right of each still. It reads, "IMPRIME AUX ETATS-UNIS D'AMERIQUE". A collector has told us that he believes this means the stills were used in French speaking parts of Canada, but they were printed in the U.S., and that makes complete sense to us! So they are original stills from 1976, but they were printed for use in parts of Canada. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Condition: good. Some of the stills have a faint embossed stamp in one corner. Most of the stills have pinholes in each corner (some repaired with tape from the back).
