An Original Vintage Theatrical 8 1/4" x 10" [21 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More)

Call Out The Marines, the 1941 Frank Ryan & William Hamilton United States Marine Corps (USMC) military musical comedy ("You'll split a seam from beam to beam!"; "Sez you! Sez me!"; "The 'Sez-you-sez-me' devildogs of 'What Price Glory' and 'The Cock-eyed World' start a new war over dames. What a pair! What a panic!"; "It's moider, mates! - with the double-crossing devildogs of 'What Price Glory' and 'The Cock-eyed World' on the rain of a waterfront Mata Hari-"; "It's rough - tough - and terrific!"; McLaglen and Lowe had been paired together 16 years earlier in "What Price Glory", and in this movie, they basically reprised their roles, although they were given different names; also note that, although this movie was released right after Pearl Harbor, it was not a World War II movie, but rather a light slapstick comedy with a military setting, and music thrown in as well!) starring Victor McLaglen, Edmund Lowe, Binnie Barnes, Paul Kelly, Robert Smith, Dorothy Lovett, and "Frank Pangborn and King's Men Six Hits and a Miss"
