An Original Vintage Theatrical Deluxe 9 3/4" x 12 3/4" [25 x 32 cm] Stage Play Still (Learn More) Katharine Cornell was a German stage actress, writer, and producer from the 1920s to the 1950s. She appeared in only one film, Stage Door Canteen, but was best known for her many Broadway appearances including: The Barretts of Wimpole Street, Romeo and Juliet, Time for Comedy, Antony and Cleopatra, and The Constant Wife. She passed away in 1974 at the age of 81. Important Added Info: Note that this still was taken by legendary photographer Philippe Halsman. It has three of his stamps on the back (including his address and phone number!) and it has pencil writing that says the still is from "sept 1947". Note that this still measures 9 3/4" x 12 3/4" [25 x 32 cm], but it has not been trimmed. Also note that this is a deluxe still printed on double weight paper stock. Condition: very good. There is a faint partial diagonal crease in the top right corner in the background area, but otherwise, the still is in nice condition. Learn More about condition grades
