An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Trog, the 1970 Freddie Francis English science fiction (sci-fi) horror thriller ("From the boiling rage of a world hurled back one million years comes... Trog"; "From a million years back... Horror explodes into today!"; "Here comes Trog. You'll laugh at yourself for being so scared... but don't laugh at Trog"; "Original Story by Peter Bryan and John Gilling") starring Joan Crawford (in her final movie role), Michael Gough, Bernard Kay, Kim Braden, David Griffin, and Joe Cornelius (in the title role as Trog) NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this still measures 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm]. Also note that this still appears in every way to be original U.S. release EXCEPT that there is one very tiny line of French type in the lower right. It reads, "IMPRIME AUX ETATS-UNIS D'AMERIQUE". A collector has told us that he believes this means the still was printed for use in areas that included French-speaking parts of Canada, but that it WAS printed in the U.S., and that makes complete sense to us (and we have seen this on stills from the 1940s through the early 2000s, so it has certainly been done for an extremely long time)! So it is an original still from 1970, but it was printed partially for use in French-speaking Canada. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
