W. Somerset Maugham's Trio, the 1950 Harold French & Ken Annakin English romantic melodrama anthology ("From the inspired pen that gave you 'The Razor's Edge'... 'The Letter'... 'Quartet'..."; "Adapted for the screen by W. Somerset Maugham") starring Anne Crawford, Roland Culver, Kathleen Harrison, James Hayter, Nigel Patrick, Michael Rennie, Jean Simmons, and Naunton Wayne. Note that this movie was a compilation of three different adaptations of three Maugham short stories: The Verger, Mr. Know-All, and The Sanatorium. This film was followed by two other Maugham anthologies, Quartet & Encore.
