La rivolta dei gladiatori (released in the U.S. in 1959 as "The Warrior and the Slave Girl"), the 1958 Vittorio Cottafavi French/Italian/Spanish sword-and-sandal gladiator romantic action adventure epic ("The Screen's Mightiest!") starring Gianna Maria Canale, Georges Marchal, Ettore Manni, Rafael Luis Calvo, Mara Cruz, "and a cast of thousands!". Note that this is one of hundreds of sword and sandal "peplum" movies made in Italy in the 1950s and 1960s, and it is regarded as one of the very best of these!
